Kumusta, mga ka-Barkada! We are excited to present to you the upcoming activity of the Barkada Kontra Droga Program.
The Office of the Undersecretary for Operations (OUOPS) through the Bureau of Learner Support Services - Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) in partnership with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) and in cooperation with DepEd Region XII, Schools Division of South Cotabato, Sto. Nino National High School, Local Government Unit of the Province of South Cotabato and Municipality of Sto. Nino, will conduct the 3rd National Barkada Kontra Droga Convention at General Santos City, South Cotabato on April 24-28, 2023.
Through the promotion of drug prevention measures, this activity seeks to increase youth participation in drug abuse prevention initiatives and public awareness of the harmful consequences of illegal drugs. It also aims to strengthen camaraderie, collaboration, cooperation, and solidarity in their common commitment to attain a drug-free lifestyle through capacity-building activities among BKD student leaders and implementers.
