Parang-Pinagbayanan Elementary School was validated by EPS in Filipino Sir Joseph Harasa together with his team last March 30, 2022 to evaluate if the school is capable of conducting limited face-to-face classes.

Sir Joseph Harasa, Engineer Gian Pardilla, Ma'am Michelle Duma, Ma'am Mary Grace Salamat, together with Nurse Maybel Nantes, District DRRM Hanzel R. Ayaay, PSDS Sir Catalino L. Porta, together with the School Principal Ma'am Marilou P. Recto visited and evaluated classrooms of PPES.
The stakeholders from different personalities witnessed the validation. Brgy. Captains, BHERT, Sangguniang Brgy. Brgy. Pulis and the PTA president joined in the simple program.

Mr. Catalino L. Porta thanked the stakeholders in their full support for the incoming limited face-to-face classes.
Brgy. Captain Renan Salles of Brgy. Pinagbayanan showed his support by promising that his colleagues will support the school for the limited face-to-face classes.
Brgy. Captain Jojo Limyoco also showed his support to the school by laying out his plans and schedules of BHERT to ensure that pupils are safe as well as the teachers.
